Isa Body Challenge

I just wanted to invite those reading to check out the Isa Body challenge. It's a 16 week body transformation challenge and a lot of people have accomplished some amazing feats doing it and so can you.

Yesterday I started to do front squats in the gym and felt my lower back clicking back and forth. My lower back is a funny thing as it is strong but always stiff and gives me challenges.

I had to stop doing squats and tried some light deadlifts but decided against it after one set. I could have let this stop my workout but instead I changed up my plan and did a lot of MF squats instead as well as some leg curls and leg extensions.

The moral of the story is that even when something hurts we can always find a way to stay active. The keys to success in fitness just like anything else is to stay active, eat healthy, and above all, be consistent. We may hit walls, have a bad day, get sick, break an arm, and have other opposition, but if we get back on the horse and stay consistent we will find success.
