I don't think I have ever fallen down in the gym before. I have been wobbly several times but after my last set of leg curls yesterday I stood trying to hold the tears back while walking to get wipes to wipe off my body funk from the machine when my legs buckled and I fell onto my back.
The great thing is that my legs will recover and I will be back at it with another leg day tomorrow.
